I'm 20-year-old Heini-Maari Kemppainen living in Helsinki (Kivikko)
with my dear husband Lauri. At the moment I work as a sales advisor at
H&M Kämp Galleria in the very center of Helsinki. Unfortunately there
aren't any dogs living with us in Helsinki as all our five lovely girls
live at my childhood house in Kajaani (some 500km to North) with my
parents and younger brother. I'm looking forward to have an Afghan male
of my own - the sooner the better ;)
I had a successful junior handling career of 8 years from 1999 to 2006
showing multiple breeds and different dogs achieving most valuable
experiences. Nowadays I handle mainly Afghan Hounds, but also other
breeds every time when asked. I've been lucky to have three beautiful
Afghan girls who all are International Beauty Champions and I'm proud of
handling all of them by ourselves with my sister Hilla-Tuuli, ever since
the age of 11 years.
At the moment I'm preparing myself to a ring steward and I'm excited to
finish with it! I have also graduated in breeder's basic course and
planning to continue with the second course in the future.
As my sister, I'm also very keen on dancing which was my main hobby for
fourteen years including ballet, jazz and modern dancing. Here in
Helsinki I've started with some salsa lessons and I've found it exciting
trying some other styles after hard work of many years done in Kajaani
Dance special training classes.
